Excerpt from "Imogen" in Poetry Magazine!

The year I spent working with Adrienne Raphel's "Imogen and the Beginning of Color" was amazing. I loved how my relationship to her text changed as the images began to form and new, overlapping, adjacent narratives and tones began to make themselves known. The opportunity to collaborate with this poet has been a complete gift, and now, there's an excerpt in Poetry Magazine!

To say I'm excited would be a vast understatement.

The issue also includes work I love by Jayme Ringleb, Rosebud Ben-Oni, Oliver Baez Bendorf, Rick Kenney, Monica Youn, and Stephanie Burt, who—very serendipitously—sent me some fabulous octopus earrings (pictured below) :)
